Portfolio
I embrace and render what is offered, open to an ever-changing world. I love a myriad of subject matter, ranging from landscape to narrative and people, with a particular affinity for street photography. With a little luck, a photograph can share a figment of reality, a fleeting glimpse, and in that moment the invisible becomes real.
In the early years of my photography career, I used Nikon F, then adopted a Leica M4, mostly with a 35mm lens to best approximate my field of vision. My analogue photographs are now scanned and printed digitally. With the advent of digital photography I have moved on to Nikon cameras again, from the D700 on, I now use a mirrorless Z6 III, often using handheld flash, as I learned to explore with my Leica. My prints are processed digitally to museum conservation standards.
